快速上手
- 用管理员分配给你的账号登录。
- 打开“破损包裹记录”或“异常分拣记录”。
- 拍照或从相册选图，App 在本地自动识别面单上的订单号。
- 核对后提交；记录会按日期自动归档，可随时查询。
常见问题
- • 登录不上？请确认邮箱与密码无误；账号由管理员分配，不支持自助注册。
- • 识别不出订单号？可手动输入，仍可正常提交。
- • 上传较慢？请检查网络；网络恢复后记录会完成上传。

Getting started
- Sign in with the account assigned by your administrator.
- Open “Damaged parcel records” or “Mis-sort records”.
- Take or pick a photo; the app reads the tracking number on-device.
- Confirm and submit; records are archived by date and searchable anytime.
FAQ
- • Can't sign in? Check your email and password; accounts are assigned by an administrator (no self sign-up).
- • Tracking number not recognized? You can type it manually and still submit.
- • Slow upload? Check your network; the record completes once connectivity is restored.
