WareLens 是面向仓库与物流团队的内部工具。我们仅为提供服务而收集必要数据。
我们收集的信息
- • 账户信息：用于登录的邮箱地址。
- • 照片与记录：您拍摄/上传的包裹照片，以及关联的订单号、异常类型、时间等记录。
- • 诊断信息：为排查故障可能收集匿名的崩溃/错误日志。
我们如何使用
仅用于提供和维护服务（记录、归档、查询包裹照片证据），不用于广告，不出售给第三方，不进行跨 App 跟踪。
数据存储
数据存储于云服务商（Supabase），传输采用 HTTPS 加密，并通过访问控制限制仅授权账户可访问。
数据保留与删除
数据保留至业务不再需要为止。如需删除账户或数据，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
WareLens is an internal tool for warehouse and logistics teams. We collect only the data necessary to provide the service.
Information we collect
- • Account info: the email address used to sign in.
- • Photos & records: parcel photos you capture/upload and related data (tracking number, exception type, timestamp).
- • Diagnostics: anonymous crash/error logs may be collected to fix issues.
How we use it
Only to provide and maintain the service (recording, archiving, and searching parcel photo evidence). We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it to third parties, and do not track you across apps.
Data storage
Data is stored with our cloud provider (Supabase), encrypted in transit via HTTPS, and access-restricted to authorized accounts.
Retention & deletion
Data is retained as long as needed for the service. To delete your account or data, contact us at the email below.
